I only made it to day 5 with my first cleanse, and am looking forward to longer cleanses. What should I be doing in between the cleanses to make the next ones more productive besides exercise and eating healthy/in moderation?
I have tried psyllium before, but that makes me constipated, even drinking 1/2 my weight in ounces. How much water/psyllium do I need to consume per day to make that the most effective?
Also, I love the Master-Cleanse
lemonade. Should I drink one per day? Is pre-ground cayenne ok, or should I try to grind my own to be more potent?
