I've found using aloe vera (I grow my own plants so always have a fresh supply) straight on the skin heals marks well. I apply it all over my face before bed and leave on overnight. I know how tempting it is to try and look for a quick-fix and turn to chemical-based products to help, but it has to be taken into consideration that any topical treatments applied to skin will be absorbed into the bloodstream which only leads to more toxicity and possibly more acne. At least with aloe vera you know it's 100% natural and will only heal without adding to the problem of acne. Hope that helps!
