This is a reply to # 718,588Dr. Christopher reccomended the lower bowel formula be taken for 8 months. If your wanting a super cleanse, he did use it up to 50 capsules a day to remove that black glue some older people may have in their intestines. He states that the herbs in this formula are foods and not drugs.
I suggest being in no hurry!
If you take 8 per day, to me that is enough, if not, the diet is so bad that herbs can not overcome the problem and cold water may be used to enhance the bowel strength.

Which by the way was mush easier to accomplish than I thought possible, and would have gone longer if I didn't have amalgam. I presently am doing the LB, kidney, and parasite cleanses in prep for my 9th LF this weekend.
So just wondering what to be looking for, does the LB liquify the MP or do you just pass it?
Should you stop the LB, and Kidney during the LF?

The day you eat your non-fat breakfast and lunch, you quit the herbs and restart the next morning after the stones come out.
As long as your taking the LBB I would not worry about the plague it will dissolve in the right time. If the bowel goes liquid, then you know your body is tring to dissolve the plague. If you take the LBB daily, I would not worry another day about it, it will normalize in time.
There should have been a Christopger news letter with the bottle and that is instructions enough, it is quite simple. I would take 8 per day as long as I felt the need.
