You are so right, and this has presented itself as an extreme challenge for me! However, I always think of a quote I once read, "Do not give up on what you want most, for what you want at the moment!", I just keep reminding myslelf the short gratification I will get from that burger, opposed to what I will feel later... you know. .. Well this is actually Day One. I have done semi-good. Does coffee count? Yes, I suppose since we are on a water-only fast, Ive drank about 2 cups of coffee, mainly because I am cold, and just out of habit, I have also drank a Sugar
free Red Bull.... yummm... I figure zero calorie drinks are going to be very hard to sustain from...... I will try though.... its also only 430pm I still have the rest of the night to go! Thanks for the replies by the way, I am absolutely thrilled that I found this forum!!
