Well, I'm feeling kind of 'full' in my tummy. I think because of all the veggie broth last night. I've even put on 2 pounds, I wonder if that was all the sodium? Hmmm. I guess I won't be having that too often.
I'm half way there!! Unless I decide to go longer. At this point I'm not sure. I'm only going to stop on a day that I'm feeling great!! And only if I'm having more than 2 great days in a row. So far, the last 2-3 days have been so-so, fatigued and weak. If I'm not having a couple of great days in a row then I'll go longer.

fasting is such a beautiful trip..love it!
still struggling somehow with this very 1st day, always the same for me..seems i always "have to" make it for a bit further date than the one decided.. just to give some more time for my mind to set up for it...
i am gonna go for 30 days as well and i think that will be good to break the fast as i'll be entering the vipasana, on the 1st of may so i'll start at the latest on the 1st of april :)))
