Hi there, im doing well on day six after sporadically juice fasting since March. Im generally feeling fine and looking much healthier, but experiencing detox symptoms such as a constant sour taste in the mouth and radiating a smell of compost (apparently) as my body rids itself of the toxins through my skin. This is an unpleasent side effect to be sure! Im keen to try a week long Master Cleanse after i finish this juice fast but then i'll be doing a lot of physical stuff so im going to see how it goes, maybe i'll need more than fluids. Im going to do what feels right. The cool thing right now is that fasting feels really right, sometimes i have to battle with it, make a real effort to stick to it because (over) eating feels so good too! I think im in a good space right now with it all but it's taken quite a lot of adjusting and small successess followed by other failures along the way over the last 50 days or so. So i wanted to say if people are struggling getting into the swing of fasting stick with it, keep trying as after a while things click into place and you reap the rewards, good luck Emma.
