Thanks for the response! I am actually on day 12 of my Water Fast
and plan on going to 21 days, but I do plan on mostly juice for a while. I was wondering while juicing, what do you do for BM? Also do you take any kind of green superfood powder with your juice? I am thinking of just taking the powder for the first few days when I stop Water Fasting
and then go to juice? What exactly is microbiotic entail? Thanks for responding . . . hope to hear from you soon.
