Today I received the results of my latest liver profile blood test. My liver enzymes are down to normal! I am so excited! I was running around the house jumping up and down and shouting my elation. (Too bad I was the only one home at the time.)
The nurse who gave me the results was absolutely astounded (she kept saying she couldn’t believe it) and wanted to know how I lowered them so much in so short a time period. This is what I told her:
In the past three months I’ve quit smoking, I’ve cut back on my alcohol consumption (from one light beer a day to one a week). I’ve cleaned up my diet--It’s not as good as it can be, but I’m getting there. I’ve done four Dr. Clark
Liver Flushes (about 250 stones out so far). I’ve been on glyconutrients supplements. I’ve prayed a lot. I’ve kept a positive attitude--there was never a moment when I believed I was sick or could not bring the enzyme levels back down to normal. I’ve gone within myself (through counseling and meditation) to work on the metaphysical aspects of liver problems (anger). And I’ve read everything on this site, and others, about liver health.
Above all, I've learned that our doctors are not responsible for our health, WE ARE!
There is a massive amount of information at CureZone and the forums have been so supportive. I hope this message is helpful to those who are going through liver health challenges. If I can do it, you can do it. We all have the capacity to heal ourselves.
I’m grateful to God, the Angels, and all of you!
Many Blessings,
Hibiscus
