I did the cleanse. About 10 min. after the 2nd Epsom Salts I began having diarrhea. This lasted until approx. 3am. We're talkin some serious pain in the rear until I finally fell asleep for a few hours. There was no way I could do the 3rd & 4th Epsom Salts in the morning. I did pass approx. 50-80 stones. So to a degree it worked. My question though, for my 2nd attempt at a liver cleanse, would it be ok if I only drank 1 dose of the empsom salts, say the one at 8pm? Hopefully to prevent diarrhea at the wrong time. Btw, I have an active bowel, I go 2-3 times regularly every day. If anyone can answer this question for me, or offer suggestions I'd appreciate it.
