I would personally go on it for 1 hour when you get it! Dont fear the power of its high voltage as its current that kills. You'll get a little whack from the inital touching but its nothing. Your sleep should change dramatically and dreams will be very vivid and real. I think this is because it opens up the Chakras so therefore your crown would be spinning better or properly which links you to the universe helping with the dreams in the other dimension.
