This is a reply to # 621,947Are you having bumps that itch? I started getting them a day or two after starting the homemade glycos. They are disappearing when I forget to do the homemade glycos. Is that shiitake dermatitis? They are along my jawline. They look almost like pimples, but they itch. Thanks.

This is a reply to # 621,959I figured it was just my body's way of flushing some impurities to the skin surface to get rid of them, so I am not too unhappy about it. I suppose the shiitake mushrooms facilitate that. Thanks.
