you are almost over the hardest part. it really does get easier after day 3. the salt water flush is 4 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of uniodized salt. drink it warm (i prefer it hot. most drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then dont take anything for an hour afterwards. you can do the flush later in the day just make sure you do it on an empty stomach.
i am on day 8 and really thought about quitting after the second day. then i just started telling myself that i will not quit just yet and here i am. but you have to listen to your body and do what is best for you. good luck, enjoy the flush.
