lp,
No, actually my purpose was to try to rid myself of allergies rather than lower my cholesterol. And I didn't really have any gallbladder attacks, and I really didn't suspect any gallbladder problems. But, I started to suspect that I probably do have gallstones, because I spoke with a couple of my co-workers that had their gallbladders removed. They reported very high cholesterol levels, before they lost their gallbladders. It made me start to thinking that I need to do something about it, because I remember that blood test I had last year revealed high cholesterol. So, then after extracting all those
Gallstones and knowing that it is cholesterol build up, I realized that I would probably lower my cholesterol levels as well as help my liver to function better. I'm going for a blood test next week, I'll be curious to see if my cholesterol is lower. I'll let you know the results. I was having all kinds of other pains and symptoms and really didn't associate it with the liver. Until I read many posts on the site, Dr. Clarks book, and other research on the net about parasites, toxins and how the liver functions. So, after the
parasite cleanse and
Liver Flush I'm definitely feeling much, much better. But, I know it is still a long road ahead. I really need to concentrate on my nutrition and eating habits as well as the cleansing. That has been going good so far. Eating a lot of raw veggies and drinking a lot of water, pure fresh orange, grapefruit and apple juice Also, tryed tomato/carrot combination yesterday. It was great! I also exercise daily. Generally jog 3 miles/day and take vitamins, B-complex, selenium, niacin, ester C, MSM, fennel seed, fenugreek, olive leaf extract. As well as bee pollen, propolis, and royal jelly. The bee nutrients are absolutely miraculous! Don't be surprized if your sex drive increases 2 fold after taking it for a few weeks!
Keep healthy and God bless....
Regards,
Joe
