A first for me on this forum...
I did a detox bath to bring my
Liver Flush to a close. This morning I did an oil pull about an hour after my last dose of
Epsom Salts , and then an alkalizing drink... a little later dandelion root tea. After my
Liver Flush trips to the bathroom died down I worked out for 1.5 hours, I then did a salt
water enema followed by a coffee enema; WOW!
Than the detox bath: 3 cups each
Epsom Salts , and Baking Soda... i cup Hydrogen peroxide, some ginger and cayenne along with two table spoons of Pickling Lime. Had all of the stuff so went for it all... after 25 minutes I was really pouring on the sweat and just towel dried; may cold shower before bed.
My question has to do with the water, towards the end of the bath I noticed that there were lots of solids floating in the water of various light color. Most common were white flakes that seemed to slowly grow in number and size as I soaked. Is this common? Were these the ingredients of the bath bonding, or was it binding with what was being pulled from my body?
I have been out about 1/2 hour and am still very warm with a slight redness to my skin... I feel great though and my joints sure do feel a lot better.
