I have a very sucessfull flush on Wednesday night. I pass about 100 stone some very large in size. Right now, I am having alot of pain in my gallbladder area. I took some epson salts but the pain is still there. This is the worst pain I have ever felt.
Could someone please give me so advice. Should I flush again right now?
Should I stick with the Epson salts?
Please help, it hurts soooo bad.

This is a reply to # 579,852From what I understand, and from my pain, depending on how long and severe yours is, I'd either call a naturopath ASAP or go to the ER. If you can get ahold of a naturopath's home number, maybe they can give you the safest answer; safer than what it sounds like is going on at this forum.

This is a reply to # 579,852The experts (Spirit) always say to flush again right away if you're feeling pain.
Of course you can try 1 tbsp of Epsom Salts in a cup of water and see how that feels, too.
I hope your pain goes away...and let us know if you do the flush again (I think it's the best idea!)

This is a reply to # 579,852been a few hours since you took you'r epsom do you feel better ?REMEMBER it takes about 2 hours for epsom to have full effect on liver and did you EAT recently because food in intestines will cause pain this needs to be washed out as soon as possable IT TAKES about 2 cups of the epsom formula after 4 hours of last meal to wash out intestines totaly in anouther 2 hours. Ill explain better if requested.
