Can I drink water in between epsoms?

I know this has been answered before. I just took my 6:00 Epsoms an hour ago, I am really thirsty, can I drink water? This is my first flush, I hope I have a 'fun' post in the morning!! :O) Kate- Hi Kate! Southern Belle

This is a reply to # 579,624I will be sitting on pins and needles waiting until morning to hear your results! The first flush is the hardest, but the most exciting.
As far as drinking water, I will leave that up to you. Dr. Clark says not to drink water and I never have, but some have and have had no negative effects.

MoreThis is a reply to # 579,627Kate, I am sure you should drink (JUST PURE) water during the liver flush. I always drank water during my 4 flushes and always the stones came out.
I did not notice in dr. Clark's book that she says we should drink no water during the flush. On the contrary, I believe it is necessary to drink water as not drinking is not healthy at all and drinking water may in no way disrupt the procedure.

This is a reply to # 579,626Well, I got out alot of small things, mostly the size of popcorn kernels and smaller, some even poppy seed size. Probably in the area of 200-250. They were dark green and tan. Also, I saw alot of what looked like parsley?? It is 12;30 and I am just starting to feel hungry now. I do hope I get a chance to do this again in a few weeks, but I am moving...I may have to put it off for a bit. Thanks for your interest! :O) Kate
