Just noting (hope this isn't too much a non-flush message for this message board! (o:!) that food can bring about bloating/digestion trouble. For one thing if you aren't digesting protein right, it moves through you like glue & causes all that. (Dark brown, dense stool that sinks fast or is like putty is often poor protein digestion.)
Might try choosing different proteins & experimenting, or if you're eating meat try squirting it with lemon juice because you might not have enough stomach acid, or try digestive enzyme and/or HCl supplements. (Check with a doctor though if you have stomach issues.) Might try eliminating wheat, eat rice instead. Might try eating protein & veggies together, and eating carbs/fruit separately as a snack, they can affect protein digestion.

Blood Type Diet , is at dadamo.com, that made me better because the proteins fit me better, along with I worked on the stomach acid thing. Zinc deficiency will make your stomach acid not work, as will being dehydrated. Hope this helps, is just a place to start researching really. Good luck.
