You asked me if I used epsom salt,,,, NO, the coke flush said to use magnesium citrate. I'm sorry, can you re-explain for me, what you said meant
to use "Hulds's protocol but substitute it for the coke/olive oil mixture".. I guess my brain in overloaded .Should just do the clark one and forget the Coke one?
