We believe we hit upon the right things, that isolated our daughter's flameups of collitis and things that helped her heal. She was 6 then and is 15 now.
1) We found that milk and milk products triggered her bouts of inflamation and bleeding. We cut that off entirely and she has been sustaining on alternative substitues (for cereal, etc.)
Also, kept giving her varieties of oatmeal for her morning cereal.
2) We did not allow her to be on steroids even though the first normal treaments prescribed are such.
3) She was totally bled to skin and bones with her feeling pain at every touch.
4) We totally set her diet earliest on onto FRESH vegetable juices drunk within 10-15 minutes of being made to keep the enzymes active (made like the "juicer" recipes recommended)started giving, eventually, SMALL amounts of boiled eggs, some rice, etc. NO MILK or CHEESE products. All this has sustained and healed her.
5) Also, important, we started her on "slippery elm teas" like recommended by the Eflorecense (?) I can find out exact name if needed later.
etc. etc. can give more info if needed later ... email to me at zalu9000@yahoo.co.uk
As a first timer, hope this message and other info is appropriate ... will be glad to be corrected.
Prayers and regards to all,
