Ok, Ok, Ok, Ok……. So here’s an update and great news on chlorophyll…

This is probably week 6 or so since starting the search for a non-toxic underarm deodorant that actually works.

As previously noted, the Crystal [rock salt] deodorant has proven 100% effective in my trial, it is cost effective [supposedly lasts one year], dries almost immediately.

Avalon organics roll on also worked fine, but goes on very wet and is a bit pricier than standard deodorants.

Hydrogen peroxide 3% solution sprayed before and after shower, worked under ideal temperature and very low stress circumstances. About a 60% success [not great].

However – as recommended right here by DancingMom, Sarrazanna and others, I started taking chlorophyll about 3 weeks ago, then switched to chloroxygen [Chlorophyll concentrate] 18 drops per day taken internally with water, and it has done wonders…

I am happy to report that for 4 days through the entire 4th of July weekend [7/1-7/4], I worked moving furniture, gardening and digging to install a water fountain, temperatures in the high 90’s and very humid: No deodorant at all! Unbelievable… it worked as reported, I mean no odor and no stickiness. Fan-tastic.

It is wonderful to have a beneficial, natural choice that does not contain any cancer causing, deleterious ingredients. Hurray… And for days when extra protection is required, the Crystal rock was a terrific find.

Anyhow, I thought I’d post my findings and hopefully they will prove effective for others as well… I am trying a deodorant-free work week, and hope that it will continue to work.

7-5: Day 5 totally deodorant free [no odor, no stickiness. Office work & heavy yard work after hours last night]
7-6: Still fine
7/7-7/8: Ditto
7-9: Surpise finding: did not wash hair (late - just showered) Fail by 3 or 4. Maybe the body disposes of that much through the head? Had to use deodorant (Avalon)
Went out for for a couple of drinks and on
7/11-7/12: TOTAL Failure 2 hours into the day - had to use my at office reserve of deodorant. Today I just right out used the Crytal rock after the shower and even that is not 100% [still taking the chloroxygen etc.)

So: Drinking just a couple of drinks screwed up the body that much!

[Does anyone have info if the Crystal is the same she's talking about? My guess is that the company won't agree with this statement (?)]

Using the crystal rock deodorant still, and it works 100% of the time with few exceptions (as noted above: if shower but not wash hair in which case must reapply by 5:00 pm or so.)

No chance to test other brands of crystal rocks because mine is still LIKE NEW - it is now about six months since I bought it, so the cost/durability statement is very true.
