Let's see what others do to get some ideas. This is my routine:
Tongue scrape with Therabreath toothpaste (morning and night)
Brush with Therabreath toothpaste and
Grapefruit-Seed-Extract (morning and night)
Rinse 1oz water (or Therabreath) + 3-4 drops
Grapefruit-Seed-Extract (morning, night, after meals)
Gargle with water + 3 drops
Grapefruit-Seed-Extract (3-5 times a day)
Waterpik teeth and gums with a few drops of GSE (morning, night, after all meals)
Waterpik tonsils <-this helps the most as bacteria sticks to them like glue (morning)
Waterpik back of throat if I'm up to it after all the gagging
Waterpik with 1 tsp salt 1 drop GSE to flush the nostrils (without attachment, morning and night)
Supplements:
N-Acetyl Cysteine 1200mg for lungs
Activated Charcoal 560mg
8oz water + 5 drops GSE after meals
I also plan on 3 daily meditations for relaxation, healing, and positive affirmations. Hey, I'm desperate! I think this is important even if I only spend a couple minutes on each.
