Deep Tissue Formula here and others. I joined the site and got my monies worth in the booklet and other literature sent via mail plus the valuable info. there.

I am thinking of making it too as have a bum shoulder about 3 months now and even my chiro. who fixes everything in 1-2 visits suggested deep tissue massage for me. I tried another kind recommended by massage person, didn't work so maybe try this formula first and then see how it goes. May need to include deep tissue. Doing pilates now.

Wow, I see it makes 2 quarts!! I think I will half the recipe...that's a bunch and wonder how long it lasts. I assume long time since it's in refrigerator. I would have to buy bottles too, but still in the long run worth it.

May consider a membership as I have done. It's full of great resource info. more than worth the investment if you decide.
