I was just wondering, does exercising (jogging, weight lifting, boxing, sit ups, push ups, pull ups.) improve your sex drive? It obviously works on your stamina, which is good but does It improve anything else?
Also, is there an exercise or a way to actually control your muscles in your penis? As in hold ejaculation back or mount it up and ejaculate it at the end in big amounts? I'm sure those porno stars do that but I remember a friend telling me there is a way to train that muscle to hold it back for longer although it doesn’t sound too healthy if you ask me.
