Please remember that no matter what you do or even if it helps with the libido.. it will not do anything for the PAINfu lintercourse, feeling ugly, etc. etc. etc. In fact, it may make it worst as you MAY have more desire..only to be confronted with the reality that "IT HURTS", I"M DEPRESSED" I HAVE UGLY SCARES, etc.
it would seem that it would be wise to (1) consider "treating' THE WHOLE PACKAGE/person (all the issues = scaring, excess weight perhaps, feeling ugly, depression, painful intercourse etc.) By your own acknowlegement, there is more then just ONE THING that might be contributing to 'loss of libido. I would also suggest that you don't do it alone.. becaue ALL of these individual issues compound each other. (2) Also remember.. there is some 'healing' (not 'fixing) that must happen.. healing in the area of the physical, emotional and psychological person. (3) Healing takes time and it would be natural to 'want to see a quick improvement.. Please be patient with yourself and talk with someone professionally so that they can help you deal with THE WHOLE PERSON.. this is A PROCESS. Right now, your only considering 'one issue' (loss of desire/Libido).. and REMEMBER.. the loss of libido is most likely related to ALL THESE FACTORS (pain, depression, feeling ugly, etc). GOOD LUCK
