Is most brown rice gluten free? and Basmati? I remember reading a few years ago that some brands are not safe but don't remember which. I have some S & W brand and don't know if I can use it.- Re: Is most brown rice gluten free? journ

MoreThis is a reply to # 515,806What about Jasmine rice? I know that they add some sort of white substance to the rice and I wash this off the rice because I like my rice non sticky. Someone told me it was potatoe starch. I hope its not Gluten as I eat rice quit a bit. Thanks
