Hi All,
Been reading the posts since ordering my clay from magnetic clay. Took my first bath last night. All went well, and I DID have some change of color to black, so I'm certain it did remove some toxins from my system. As I'm certain I have many varieties of toxins in my system, I couldn't tell you what it drew out, only that it did appear to draw out something unkosher.
My pulse increased as soon as I submerged myself in the bath. I also felt some movement in my digestive system and could feel a subtle change in my overall constitution/vibration as well. I felt a little tired and dizzy when I got out--normal for healing baths. I drank some emergence-C, followed by some activated charcoal that I have on hand for the
Colon Cleanse I'm doing. Felt great after that, and very, very calm and sedate. Good feeling for me!
I like this stuff, and I plan to do some intermediate footbaths during the week, followed by another clay bath next Saturday night. I think I shall increase the amount of clay as well. I started this one, as recommended, with only one cup of the clay and some of the spices and herbs that come with the mix from Magnetic Clay.
I know some of you question whether this stuff works, so I thought I'd put in my two centavos here and say that I think this one does.
I'm also curious about the pescalite clay. Drawn to that one as well, and I may try it after I use up my Magnetic clay.
A question for the group: I really like the idea of being able to lay in the sun and pack myself in clay. I understand that the magnetic clay cannot be used this way. Can anyone tell me which types can be packed on? (If I could, I'd find some naturally-occuring clay pools, but I don't think there are any around here.)
Best,
Lynne
