Started on Sunday. Will do each Sunday for as long as the clay holds out.
Results from this one were:
Skin felt soft and smooth but I itched all evening long
Slight worsening of itching throughout the past two days.

MoreThis is a reply to # 515,093No, I did not use any oils at all. I did not want to clog up my pores so that any other toxins could release. Does the oil help?

This is a reply to # 515,092Much less itching after this one. Felt slightly unwell for an hour or so. But that is about it so far. Used 1 1/2 cups clay.

This is a reply to # 515,102sesame oil wont clog your pores...it will just help tour skin because the clay can really dry it out....
If you wanted you could even put the sesame oil on the next morning..... just to be sure....
