I'm not on the
Master-Cleanse right now starting again after Easter on the 12th. I will start off in this fast on 1 tbsp. of blackstrap molasses in the lemonade instead of the maple syrup. The last fast was 14 days (I believe I switched over to the BM from the MS around day 11). It help alot with the candida....and that is when I felt my best almost immediately. Ending the fast I felt great, good energy, good bowel movements followed the cleanse.
Unfortunately, I went back to my old eating habits with bread and
Sugar (Big No No for me) and once again feeling like crap. Tired, weak, brain fog, bloating, rashes, .
This fast I'm hoping to stay longer (If I can) and try to really break my bad eating habits (and quit smoking). I must admit at the end of my fast I was feeling better then I have ever felt. I highly doubt you will ever rid yourself of candida.....the key for me is learning to eat right and finding a balance to where I can feel good and be healthy.
