Please bear with me if this is a silly question.
I’ve been reading the forums with great interest and have been enjoying the fountain of information. It can be a bit overwhelming at times for a newbie.
I’d like to do a Master-Cleanse
at some point, but am scared to put both feet in the water. I started last week by having a warm glass of lemon water first thing in the morning, but eating healthy meals throughout the day, mainly veggies, fruits and fish. I also juice veggies once or twice a day.
My third day into drinking the morning lemon water, I had symptoms which caused me to go to my chiropractor. I just KNEW that my tailbone was out of whack. Once before I had my tailbone out of whack so I knew the symptoms and assumed it was occurring again. I was unable to bend over and touch my toes from the uncomfortable pain and just all around horrible sensations.
My chiropractor couldn’t find anything wrong with my tailbone. He found a slight subluxation in my neck, adjusted it and sent me on my way. The following day, I still had the symptoms. What an annoyance. Then on the third day I went to the bathroom and let out what I would consider several feet of yucky mucous bowel matter. (I believe it was mucoid plaque).
Low and behold, after that major evacuation, not only did I feel so much lighter, but the pain and pressure against my tailbone went away and I was able to touch my toes again. I continued with the lemon water and have had one or two more plaque type evacuations (in addition to rather healthy BM’s). I’ve been doing it for about a week.
My question is this: If I continue to eat the way I am and drink the lemon water and continue to evacuate plaque, should I use bp shakes?
Thanking you in advance for your help.
