I recently experienced a bout with terrible gas. My chiropracter put me on a probiotic, which conquered the gas but constipated me. Today he suggested a much smaller dose, which I'm happy about.
What is your position on probiotics and acidophilus? I've been an acidophilus user for years, but it never addressed my chronic constipation, which is why I started taking it in the first place.
Please educate me. Thank you.
