Marshmallow Root
Rhubarb Root
Alfalfa
Guar Gum
Peppermint Leaf
Uva Ursi Leaf

The P in the P and B shakes is psyllium, the first ingredient on the list. I would not do the P and B shakes at the same time you are doing this colonix thing. I would imagine that who ever created this colonix had the idea that it is the only thing to be used at one time, or with the other things that are supposed to be taken with it that can be bought as a kit. (The paranil and some kind of tea.)

I would suggest that you finish this cleanse and then go on to the other things at a later time.
