What stone told you is right on. Please know that you need ministry big time. This is not the kind of thing that you can do by yourself because it requires work from experienced deliverance ministers, it's the only way but it IS effective!
You have been hurting yourself and others for far too long. Check out to see if there's a spirit-filled church near you that knows anything about deliverance and get in touch with them. They won't be shocked at anything if they are truly working under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
The ministry that no stone gonna be sugggested is a deliverance ministry. This particular one has a few things that I and I suspect many other christians find a bit too excessive, but on most things the majority of us would probably agree. In either case, it's a start and you do need to start somewhere. Also, if he is offering you to e-mail him privately I think you should. You are obviously tired of being in shackles and that's what the body of Christ is for, so reach out and get free.
I'm praying that you will find the freedom which God already purchased for you with His blood.
