You could go ahead and try a liver flush. It's not going to hurt you.

But, I would tell you to begin a bowel/colon cleanse. It sounds like you need that more!

Search for hemorrhoids and liver in the Google search box in the upper right corner of the screen and I think you'll find some references. I believe within the last couple of weeks someone posted that their hemorrhoids cleared up after one or more liver cleanses.

Yes, some folks have gotten pretty sore bottoms. It's not the stones, it's the diarrhea when using Epsom Salts . One technique that several people have had luck with is to Vaseline the anus before each episode.

The worst reported case that I've seen is from someone who was fruit fasting. I would suggest if at all possible to eat regularly and don't stuff yourself (stopping at 2:00 PM).

I've had to go to the loo 7-8 times in each of my six cleanses, and it's the cramping and fatigue that mostly bothers me. For my seventh cleanse I'm going to try cutting down to 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts instead of 3/4 cup and see if that's easier on me.

Some folks have had success without any Epsom Salts . It's much less productive but it's much gentler. However, supposedly the Epsom salts relax the ducts and valves so that stones don't get trapped, which is what most folks seem to worry about the most. You might want to investigate the various methods. Pick your poison.
