I have just invented the most delicious hot beverage known to man (that is if you like carub and rice) Here is how it's done: 1 c rice, 6 c water, 6 T unsweetened organic carob, 1 t salt, 1 t stevia. put all the ingreediants into the vita mix (if you don't have a vitamix, use a blender then heat it on the stove) turn it on and let it wizz for about 5-8 minutes (or untill hot) Beleave me, it is really good and my family has been begging me to make more and more.
