Recently, I've developed a taste for spices, so when we made our wholewheat bread (any recipe will do), we added 2 teaspoons of cayenne, 3 Tablespoons of caraway, and a cup of sunflower seeds to the recipe. First we did it with one teaspoon of cayenne, and it was okay, but not quite strong enuf for me, so we added a second teaspoon. WE might go to 2.5, but that's getting up there. I, of course, toast it too. And eat it plain most of the time. My dogs like it too.
