Hi Bob
Remember my case - The long history of IBS which, a year ago, turned into chronic diarrhoea in bouts that went on for weeks.
I started taking IF2 3 months ago and it's been brilliant. It's been a case of working out how much to take. Here and there there's been a lapse and another bout starts, but IF2 sorts it out within about 24-48 hours. I also find that I have to take a lot less water. IBS of course means excess fluid in the GI region. So the less water I take with it, the better I find.
Just last night I decided to try include a capsule of IF1 to try effect the healing that you've told me you felt it brought for you.
Jury's out on that at the moment...I'll let you know...
Anyhow, my question is regarding the diet.
Bob, Schultz rules out all animal flesh etc etc and says to go completely natural while doing a cleanse. So I have to ask...did you eliminate all these things and go totally natural during your 3 weeks on IF1/2 ??
I really don't want to leave out these things. It's been such a difficult last year or so repeatedly being able to eat so little and losing weight I'd worked so hard to put on in the gym previous to all the trouble. Is it OK then to keep eating lean baked things like bread, potato, and lean animal flesh like lean chicken and fish? Now that I'm able to eat a certain amount and am able to work out again, I really don't want to lose momentum again...
Thanks
