I have been eating a spoonful (table spoon) of flax seed powder (grounded whole seeds) for a few days now since my phyllium husk that I was consuming with Bentonite got over (BP shakes). Since then, I have been consuming a spoonful of hydrated benonite clay alone with water first thing in the morning and flax seed sometime during the course of the day. And I think I am getting the same/similar results that I was getting with BP shakes.
Does anyone see any harm in eating so much flax seed daily. My blood type is O and flax sed is anyway supposed to be beneficial.
Any advice would be appreciated
Do i have to keep it in the fridge? I ground about 100 grams at one shot and have kept it in an air tight container but not in teh fridge. My logic was that when whole seed is no to be kept in the fridge- why the powder?
