Hello,
I was looking at buying a colema board and I was wondering what how different a colema is from an enema. Wouldn't continuous
enemas be equivalent to a colema?

A "COLONIC" is continual water flow, which allowes you to massage your stomach while the water flow is going in. But in my opinion, two or three enemas (back to back) will work as well.- Sorry, I meant Blue Sky.... #164471
