Thanks Tracey...when I was passing the big guy....I just had to remember to first take a cleansing breath and then exhale slowly and focus on the newspaper in my hand.

I have been recovering nicely....ice chips and jello....my friends have yet to come by to see the little fella...but I can always give them the link to the web page.

I have not named him yet which is a problem...so far the nurses have been calling him Baby Rock.....I think I will name him Stoney....and the social security office is getting impatient as I do not know how to fill out the forms.

Anyway...too bad my ex could not be around for the glorious moment.....all I know is I am so proud of myself...I never thought I could have gone through with it...after all I am 39 and that is a little old to be creating such masterpieces....and now I am so thankful that I did.

Lots of them were an initial color that was much darker green...since I flushed at work I could not get them to a freezer soon enough so I put them in a container of water.....it seemed that in the water throughout the day the outer darker green shell was dissolving like an M&M...(the candy..not the rapper)...and revealing an inner green shell that was a lighter green.

Yes all the stones are all from my 3rd flush last night...I scooped out the big ones and flushed easily another hundred or so as they were only pea size...not only was it one flush but it was one BM...after that my BM's produced more stones but I had enough for my collection.

Good luck on your flush...I did two things different from my second flush....I laid on my right side immediately after the OO (Olive-Oil) cocktail and fell right to sleep...I did not move for probably 7 hours...my previous flush I moved around...had to answer the phone and such...I also waited 2 full weeks in between flushes...whereas my prior flush I waited only 1 week.

I have also been taking Milk Thistle for about 2 weeks..so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I have been told I was disgusting...but that is way too much....serve them for Fear Factor?....or for Survivor to earn immunity....that is too gross.

I am recovering nicely from laying that egg that is for sure....ice chips and jello...but today I get to eat more solid food. lol

I do feel much better today...I think that big baby may have clogged up the plumbing and maybe that was why I felt so bad for the days leading up to my cleanse.

Thanks Porky.... Those are pics of my 3rd flush...and my best flush of all...I kept the bigger stones to photograph and disposed of easily another 150 or so.

Although my first flush was good, my second flush totally sucked...I did it only one week after my first and I think I moved around too much. The flush you see in the pics was a full 2 week wait, I used 3/4 cup of olive oil, and I was very careful to remain still in bed...I fell right to sleep on my right side, and slept for 7 hours while barely moving.

Interesting question and I have been asking myself the same thing...I just got done reading some doctors site that says that the stones are only an oil and mineral mixture.

The first stones I passed I left in a box in the drawer my bathroom and they turned into little lumps of coal...they did not melt away...but they did dry up into little rocks.

The flush from the other day...I was at work and I put them into a small plastic cup with water that I thought would preserve them...well they started to melt away throughout the day until I took them home and put them into the freezer...they instanty froze and retained their color and shape.

A person I work with said that when she worked for a surgeon...he had patients that they removed the gallbladder....he would often give them back their stones in a little jar...and they resembled little lumps of coal...exactly what my stones turned into after they dried out.

I have a big time question for those skeptics that say that the stones are made of oil....when I stored the stones in water and they did in fact start to melt away....THERE WAS NO OIL RESIDUE FLOATING IN THE WATER WHATSOEVER-----obviouse if I add water to an oil base I am going to get seperation...but their was no seperation at all.

Perhaps a skeptic could argue that for me...where is the oil when the stones melt away in water?
