If you have access to a dry sauna, try this:
1) Sit in the sauna (dry heat only) until you really begin to sweat or as long as you can.
2) Shower with cold water.
3) Return to the sauna. If your spa allows water on the rocks, add water. Spritz your body with a mix of 1 1/2c. water + 10 essential oil of eucalyptus. Now use your dry brush vigorously all over. Your skin will sing! Work quickly because it's hot and you don't want to exhaust yourself.
If you can't add water to the rocks, no problem. Just proceed with the water/eucalyptus and work even quicker since the water will evaporate.
Sit until you are sweating heavily or as long as you can.
4) Shower and finish with a blast of cold water. EEEKKKK!
5) You'll notice the next day how gloriously soft and smooth your skin is. Doing this once a week should help you notice a change.
