This dry skin brushing is a new concept to me - but one that sounds very appealing, especially with all the tips I've picked up from all the posts.
I've always loofahed in the shower - but that's WET. I think I'll try the dry instead. With the two I revere so from the lemonade site touting it - how can it be anything but excellent????
But what's the skinny on the benefits and reasons behind the differences?

Can someone non-revered say something, until wrenn and hopinso get here? I love skin brushing!! If you read my post from the previous page, it did miracles for my skin. Brushing in the right way really stimulates your lymph glands, helps your skin release toxins, and does wonders for your circulation. It feels great. Most do it right before a shower.
If you click on the Recommended Posts Icon (the bold R up there) you'll see 2 posts by Lapis. He links to a very good comprehensive skin brushing site with diagrams and instructions on the correct way to do it. It feels soooo good! I think a nice skin brushing followed by a great coconut oil massage is the nicest thing you can do for your skin.

This is a reply to # 418,730(LOL - and I thought I was protecting their identity!) Thanks so much for your input from experience! I DID read that post of yours you are talking about - and you've said some really great stuff. I've read almost every post on this site from start to finish, and now have a little "skin brushing" treatise that's about 6 pages - including stuff from you and lapis, wrenn and hopinso, and someone whose name I've forgotten that starts with C and she's a total coconut oil whiz bang info person.
I'm just marveling at this whole thing....the things one learns by opening up the mind and wandering about......

I'm with you, blueskyz - I discovered curezone via the Master Cleanse Forum , and then looked around a little, and was absolutely amazed at the kindess and knowledge of the members here, humbled by the sheer amount of things I had no idea about, and also grateful that there's someone out there who's keeping curezone around by paying for hosting and the domain (I have no idea who that person is...Spirit, maybe). All I know is, from now on when I want to buy any alternative medicine book or raw cookbook, I'm buying it here to help support curezone. Well worth it!

I had to laugh at the coconut info whiz bang, it really tickled me--thanks for the laugh today. :) I'm pretty excited about it's benefits, I guess it's pretty obvious...
I love the curezone site, I started out in the Dr. Schultz forum and was so excited to find other people that liked his products as much as me, then I started branching out to other forums. I could spend all day browsing them now! (Sheepishly....I've actually spent several all days on curezone alone...the last two weeks I have been eating this up!) I was just thinking last night.....I really need to get a life - curezone is about all i've been doing for 2 days (okay, tuesday morning - THREE, thankyouverymuch)
