Thank you so much for your advice shelley! I looked at your past posts and read some more from the forums- found interesting and helpful information.
I have been eating prunes for the last three days. On the second day I had diarrhea- only 1 BM (if the liquidy BM can be called a BM: ) After that, I can feel my bowels moving, but there are no BMs. Also, I feel very bloated- passing gas the whole time..it might be because I didn’t; eat a lot for a few days and yesterday had two good meals- no bread though! I wonder what do I have to do? An Enema? Also, my tongue is very coated and cracked- only the tip and the area at the beginning of the tongue (opening of the mouth) is pink.
I have decided to start a lemonade fast for 10 days. I am starting to take Triphala today and will do an enema tomorrow morning. I want to start moving my bowels more and then begin with the P & B shakes. I guess, I will do an enema every day – can I harm myself while doing an enema? Also, I will substitute the P for flax seed- how much do I need to take in one shake?
Will it hut if I take 1 tablespoon of olive oil three times a day? When I take the olive oil though, I feel it burning in my throat- I wonder if it’s from the olive oil or I should just get used to it?
I will definitely run in many obstacles since my parents don’t really approve of this- I am 20 years old, a college student living in the dorms, and now spring break gives me an opportunity. I don’t know how to explain to them that this is important to me but I also don’t want to harm myself. That’s why I am maybe overly cautious with actually doing the enema but I don’t want to be rushed to some hospital because something I did wasn’t right.
Also, I went to get an enema bag and they didn’t have the bucket set but only the bottle one- I guess that’s the one I will have to learn how to use.
My ultimate goal is to do a liver flush, and possible a kidney flush but I relize I might be quite far in time from that goal!
Thank you for the advice and support.
