I must strongly advice against buying from Peru Technologies. I ordered and paid for a RifeEL unit in January 2005, and was told that the unit would ship within a month. Three months after, I had to email about twenty times before I got a reply, appearently there was a problem with some chip in the new version of the machine, and that it should be fixed shortly. I have now emailed Peru six or seven times more, without any form of response.

This smells like fraud to me.
