you quote from scripture all the time, saying that it is ALL literally true, but when verses are pointed out to you, to shed light on the idea that perhaps we look at the essence of the Bible, rather than as a history book, you deny them. You avoid looking at what you know in your heart to be true.......

use the mind that God gave you.......

it is my understanding that he came so that we might be like him as fellows as friends and companions etc..
he created us to live forever with him to share all eternity.
he did not want *yes men*
he wanted freedom of choice
who wants a friend that only mimics you?
and has no identity of ther own?

and if we are to be like him then that means that all he did and so much more that we do not even fully understand yet..
we will do also

some may find this hard to accept / but ponder if you will..
if Jesus came and went after ascension/
thru walls etc and in differnet places etc.. then so shall we.
we already do alot of that thru astral projections and multi dimensional travel etc...

the fact is we will be like him / we are a part of God / Creator / Eternal..
that to me means that I also am godlike in my being..

i am the essence that comes from God/ a breathe of eternal life..

what is a God? one who lives forever...
what am i then if God created me to live forever?

i think much of what we gain here from our lives on earth are equal to the *mission* Christ accepted..

to feel the frailties of human flesh/ so that he might better understand / the difference of living under a world of temptations..
a temptation is a REAL DESIRE to do something
and we were told he was tempted ON ALL COUNTS!
that means he was tempted to murder/ to steal, to abuse
to lie, to beat, to control / to hate and destroy/
to be promiscuois ,to become an addict or alcoholic etc..

i am not saying he did these things .. i am saying that for soemthing to be called a temptation / the true hard desire must be there...

you cannot tempt me with milk.... but try me with
pecan pie and i will have to give in lol unless i almost literally close my eyes and walkaway fast !! 8)
or unless i know it was made with good oil *)

so as he knows what a man given to murder from rage feels like
so do i know how hard it is to stick to a diet with pecan pie in your face lol !
strange allusions but i am sure you get my drift...
so i am more tolerant to understand how hard it can be to stick to a diet than a person who might no thave to struggle with those issues.
i think what eternity holds for us all will be overwhelming
considering all the different paths of live and experiences
that we all do in fact share as a universal unit of ONE
made up yet of complete and total separate individuals uniquely them selves IE: you and me, and eveyrone else..
the grandness of the whole universe is incredible
i am so happy to exist 8) forever. Life is good.

it is not a requirement/ but most certainly an option
for those who choose to seek nothing is impossible.
