Hello all out there in lemon land. hang in there get past day 3 and it is easy. I stated on APRIL 1-14. Lost 25lbs. Have stuck to a very clean diet, lots of raw fruits and vegtables, NO meat or dary, all organtic. I know it sounds like rabbit food, well it is. NO, it is not that bad, actally after seeing what came out of my body while the DETOX, man I'm scared to put all that crap back into it. The fost food and all the sweetend craped I use to love is no more.
I started out going toi see if I could do it, for 3-5 days. See I never fasted before and was notn sure if I would be able to hang. Like I said earlier after day 3, it is all down hill. I have seen alot of crazy stories, in this forum, luckly, I did not have a 1/4 of the problems as most.
I still fast once a week, and still drink lemons minus cyeanne and syrup, to get ready for JULY. I will try for a 21 M.C.
I sleep better, I'm regular, perception is stronger, that is just a few of the many beniffits the M.C, has brought to me.
