First of all, breathe in.... breathe out....
Relax, you're doing fine still. Give your body a break. You can't completely compare yourself to other people. So, some people are losing 3 pounds
a day, and two days went by and you lost nothing. It doesn't mean that the cleanse isn't still working.
How much do you need to lose? Maybe you've hit the weight that your body is comfortable with and that is a good thing. Don't make your ideal weight to be something unhealthy.
Maybe you've lost a lot of weight so far, and your body is fighting the cleanse because it's trying to protect itself from something harmful (like famine). It doesn't necessarily understand what your doing to it.
Maybe your body is using it's energy to wash out the toxins and chemicals from your muscles and organs instead of just washing the fat away.
Just stick with things if you have a long way to go. Or reasses your goals, and see if they are realistic. Either way, don't be so hard on yourself or on your body. You've come a long way, and you should be happy to have done this well and gotten this far. Your body will do what it needs to do to be healthy, listen to your body.
