This will ultimately help me decide what to put in the book, so all questions and concerns and participation are very welcome. Since I've been learning about nutrition for so long, I've forgotten some things and mostly I've forgotten what people *do not know.* know what I mean? In order to write a good book, I need to know my audience! :)
So as students, you'll be my audience. :)
