I've suffered with candidiasis/CFS for years. It's been a rollercoaster ride-- nystatin worked for a while, the Atkins diet helped, as did diflucan- but like a stray cat, it always comes back.
I've been reading the information posted on this site and have come to the conclusion that (1) my body is acidic which promotes yeast growth and (2) my bowels need thorough cleansing. I plan to do the P&B shakes for a few weeks (and continue doing them for a few years, because I think I need it); while doing the P&B, I'd like to do a series of enemas (but only for 5 days during which I will introduce probiotics to the colon.) Then, while I continue the P&B, I plan to do a liver cleanse, followed by a kidney cleanse. During this entire period of time, I plan to exercise, eat more vegetables, and take lemon juice/apple cider vinegar to bring my ph up to par, and take coral calcium also for ph purposes.
Is this overkill? Is it safe to do these things simultaneously? I am just tired of being tired, you know?
