Hooo boy! I bet you were flushed! That's like 6 times the recommended dosage LOL! I recommend 40 mg of Niacin and you really only need to flush when doing a detox bath. Thanks to how Niacin opens the pores of the skin, it really helps to release toxins, and adding the bath with all the salt and ginger just takes them all the rest of the way out. :)
You can also take 40 mg of Niacin every now and again to help the liver and other organs flush their veins, and of course all the B vits help in so many exchanges that it's a good idea to take a B vitamin complex several times a week.
