I'm going to fast for 10 days. I've done shorter fasts before, 7 being the most. how much weight do you think I will lose on a 10 day fast? Will I notice a more significant cleansing (as far as bowels and skin) then on a 7 day fast? What other benefits should I expect from 10 days? I know short-term and long-term of short and long fasts but since 10 days is in the middle and I've never done it, I don't know where it falls in the short/long category. I'm not looking to fast ONLY to lose weight, but to get it jumpstarted and then move on to a vegan lifestyle. I've been vegetarian for 12 years, but ready for vegan after this fast.
